On September 11…

I had a post all ready with a list of stuff I love right now. And love is a wonderful thing, in fact the only thing that can support us in the face of the madness of modern life.

But one of the things I love is the writing of Sam Sifton from the New York Times. Today he’s surpassed himself–and that’s saying something.
